Account Info: Name and email when you register.

User-Inputted Data: We collect information that you manually enter into the Application, including room dimensions, wall layouts, and furniture measurements (height, width, depth).

Device Data: IP address, device type, mobile operating system version (iOS/Android), and unique device identifiers.

Device Permissions: Camera and photo library access, only if you explicitly grant permission to upload floor plans or reference images. Photos taken within the app are used exclusively to visually identify your digital floor plans.

We use secure third-party payment infrastructure, including but not limited to RevenueCat, Stripe, Apple, and Google, to handle mobile billing and subscriptions.

We do not collect or store your credit card numbers or banking details.

Your payment data is handled securely by these providers under their respective privacy policies.

To create, save, and manage your floor plans inside the Plan to Move app.

To render digital representations of your floor plans and furniture inventory.

To process payments and manage your subscription.

To fix mobile bugs, track crashes, and improve app performance.

To send system updates, push notifications (if allowed), or respond to support emails.

Analyze crash reports to fix software bugs.

You can choose to email, text, or export your floor plans to external cloud storage.

When you share a floor plan, it is sent via your mobile device’s native sharing sheet.

We do not control or access the third-party platforms, email providers, or cloud services you choose to share your plans with.

We do not sell your personal information or floor plans with third-party advertisers or data brokers. Data is only shared externally when you explicitly choose to export your floor plans as a PDF to share with movers, contractors, or family members.

We only share data with our cloud storage and mobile payment providers to run the app.

We may share data if required by law.

Our Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

Your floor plans are stored securely in the cloud.

We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data.

You can delete your mobile account and data at any time through the app settings.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the app and updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this page.
