  • Account Info: Name and email when you register.

  • App Data: Floor plans, dimensions, and room labels you create as well as a list of furniture and the address to which you are moving (if you add it in).

  • Device Data: IP address, device type, mobile operating system version (iOS/Android), and unique device identifiers.

  • Device Permissions: Camera and photo library access, only if you explicitly grant permission to upload blueprints or reference images.

2. Payment Processing

  • We use secure third-party payment infrastructure, including RevenueCat, Apple, and Google, to handle mobile billing and subscriptions.
  • We do not collect or store your credit card numbers or banking details.
  • Your payment data is handled securely by these providers under their respective privacy policies.

3. How We Use Information

  • To create, save, and manage your floor plans inside the Plan to Move app.
  • To process payments and manage your subscription.
  • To fix mobile bugs, track crashes, and improve app performance.
  • To send system updates, push notifications (if allowed), or respond to support emails. [1]

4. Floor Plan Sharing and Exporting

  • You can choose to email, text, or export your floor plans to external cloud storage.
  • When you share a floor plan, it is sent via your mobile device’s native sharing sheet.
  • We do not control or access the third-party platforms, email providers, or cloud services you choose to share your plans with.

5. Information Sharing

  • We do not sell your personal information or floor plans.
  • We only share data with our cloud storage and mobile payment providers to run the app.
  • We may share data if required by law.

6. Data Storage and Security

  • Your floor plans are stored securely in the cloud.
  • We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data.
  • You can delete your mobile account and data at any time through the app settings.
